Shipping
Why does shipping take the time it does?
Production time is 7 working as each product embroidered/printed upon order. Although slower than other methods, I use this to minimize my environmental impact, meaning I don't have excess inventory that goes to waste!
Where do you ship to?
At the moment, I exclusively offer my products within the United Kingdom. However, I have do have plans to expand in the future.
How do I track my order?
Once you have received your tracking number, just head to our tracking page and type your number into the box and hit the button. You will be taken to the royal mail website where you can see all updates. Please allow Royal Mail 24 hours to update the tracking information after dispatch.
Do you charge shipping fees?
I am happy to provide free shipping with Royal Mail Tracked 48!
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
I do accept returns! However, I want reduce the hassle for you. so to ensure you get the perfect size, I highly suggest following the steps on the sizing page to make sure you order the correct size. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returns unless the product is damaged
Do I return Damaged Products?
In the unlikely case that you receive a damaged item, please contact me at support@restorickclothing.com with your order number and a description with photos of the issue. You can then choose between a refund and a replacement after you have sent your damaged back to me free of charge.
Orders
Do you accept order cancellations?
You have until 9am the following day to cancel your order. For orders placed before 9am, they will be processed on the same day at 9am. Please note that once the processing begins, cancellation may not be possible until the order arrives to you.
Product Information
How are your products made?
My products are made using a print-on-demand (POD) production method, which is both eco-friendly and sustainable. Because each item is made to order, I am always looking to add more designs and colours to my collection. This means that you can expect to see new and exciting products as I create new designs.
Do you offer vegan clothes?
While I haven't introduced vegan clothes just yet, I want you to know that I am actively working towards including them in my range. So keep an eye out for updates and new arrivals!

How do I wash my clothes?
Washing instructions specific to each product can be found on the respective product page. I recommend checking the product description or details for guidance on how to best care for your item.
