When will I receive my order?

I aim to get your order dispatched within 7 working days of receiving it. Using Royal Mail 48 Tracked as the shipping choice means your order should be delivered within 2-3 working days after dispatch.

How much is the delivery cost?

I offer free delivery on all orders, ensuring a convenient shopping experience.

What if my order doesn't arrive?

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery time frame, I recommend checking with your local post office to see if it is being held there for pickup. You can find more information on how to collect a missed delivery by clicking here. Please also read 'What if my local post office doesn't have my parcel?'.


What if my local post office doesn't have my parcel?

If you have not received your order within 30 calendar days, please contact me via support@restorickclothing.com . I will ask you to confirm your shipping address to ensure it matches the information on your order.

If the address is correct and the parcel has gone missing in the post, I will arrange a free replacement for you. Please note that it's important to notify me within 30 calendar days of your order not arriving; otherwise, I cannot arrange a free replacement.

Orders

How do I track my order?

When your order has been dispatched, I will send you an email confirmation with your Royal Mail tracking information. You can use this to track your order on the Royal Mail website.

Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update, so don't worry if you don't see any updates immediately after receiving your tracking information.

Can I cancel my order?

The order processing begins at 9am every day, allowing you until 9am the following day to cancel your order. Please note that after 9am, your order will be in the processing stage and cancellation may not be possible. 

For orders placed after 9am, you have until 9am the following day to cancel. On the other hand, if you place your order before 9am, it will be processed at 9am the same day.

Please note that these cancellations refer to cancelling the production of your order.

When am I charged?

As order processing begins at 9am, your payment will be processed at that time. This means if you wish to cancel your order, there will be no delays in receiving your money back.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

My policy allows you to return unworn items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery, with the customer being responsible for the return postage costs. Simply drop me an email at support@restorickclothing.com , and I will help you with a return. Please use a Royal Mail tracked service to ensure that your parcel is not lost, if you do not used a tracked service and I don't receive the product back I cannot promise a refund. I will process your refund upon the return of your item.


I want to reduce the hassle or returns on your behalf, Because of this I highly suggest following the steps on my sizing page to make sure you order the correct size. 

I have received a damaged product, what should I do?

I am so sorry to hear that the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help me resolve this issue for you quickly, please email me at support@restorickclothing.com with photos and a description of the fault, along with your order number. I will arrange for a refund or a replacement as soon as possible.

Please note that product faults must be reported to me within 7 days of receiving your order in order to qualify for a refund. If you report a fault after 7 days, I can only arrange for a replacement and not a refund.

How do I return a faulty or wrong item?

To return a faulty item, contact me at support@restorickclothing.com and we will assist you in generating a prepaid shipping QR code, ensuring you can return the item at no cost. Once you have the QR code, simply visit your nearest Royal Mail post office and present the code for scanning. The post office will then print a label for your parcel, and they will handle the shipment from there. Please ensure that you keep hold the receipt provided by the Royal Mail post office and make a note of the tracking number assigned to your return. Please send your item back in its original packaging.

I have received the wrong product, what should I do?

If you receive an incorrect item, please send me an image and a description of what you received, along with your order number. I will investigate the issue and arrange for the correct item to be sent to you as soon as possible.
